Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination address

  • Carrier rates

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather, and shipping volume.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Delivery estimates vary by destination and customs processing times

Please note: delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship nationwide within the U.S. through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping options available at checkout may vary based on your location and the items in your cart.

Large or oversized PDR tools may require special handling and may ship separately.


International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional charges required by the destination country

These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after receiving the tracking link.

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check:

  • Your mailbox and surrounding areas

  • With neighbors, building management, or security

  • Whether the carrier left a delivery notice

If still unresolved, contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Fast PDR Tools is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks them as delivered.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Natural disasters or weather

  • Customs holds

  • Peak shipping seasons

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside our control.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for:

  • Paying any reshipping fees

  • Providing updated and accurate information

Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders returned due to address errors.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will assist with filing a claim and provide next steps for replacement or resolution.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
